Meet the People Behind EntreRealty

We're Matt and Conoly Sullivan, the husband-and-wife team behind EntreRealty.

Our journey into property management began with our own investments in real estate. Like many property owners, we quickly learned that successful rental ownership requires much more than purchasing a home and finding someone to live in it.

It requires thoughtful planning, reliable systems, consistent communication, and a willingness to handle the unexpected.

With backgrounds in military leadership, we've spent years learning the value of accountability, preparation, and following through on commitments. Those same principles shape the way we operate EntreRealty today.

We've experienced firsthand the challenges of owning and managing rental properties, and we understand how important it is to have someone you trust looking after your investment.

What began with our own real estate investments has grown into an opportunity to help other property owners enjoy the benefits of rental ownership while providing well-maintained homes for residents throughout the Greenville area.
