Ask about our "Free night for every 10" special going on through 1st of March. For every 10 weekdays booked in advance, you will get a free weeknight stay on us! We are always looking for great clients so contact us to see if we can work something out for your budget For families with children, there are several parks within a very short walking distance from this home. We can provide a pack n play and bedding, high chairs, toys, games for your children per your request. Please let us know the ages/gender so that we can make it specific for your child. We know how hard it is to pack up all the things you own when what you really should be focusing on is how much you will enjoy Greenville. Please request this when reserving the property so that we can ensure you will have this available when you arrive! Guests can access any part of the house. They will have full use of washer dryer and all appliances. Cookware and dishes are also provided for guest use. Guests will need to provide and bring consumables such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and detergents. An initial amount of each is provided but if guests require more, there are several shops very close to this property where more can be purchased if needed. There is a self check in option with this home. I love to meet our guests, find out where they are from and give you a great welcome to Greenville so please let me know when it is convenient to meet you! If families are traveling with young babies, we will be happy to provide a pack n play and bedding if availability allows. Please request this when reserving the property so that we can ensure you will have this available when you arrive! We understand that you will want to maximize your time in Greenville so we offer an early check in option and late check out option that you can reserve ahead of time. There is a slight fee since we bring in extra staff to make this possible for you. Of course it's our pleasure! Normal check in is 4:00 PM. Early check in is 1 PM Normal check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out is Noon Please just put in your request ahead of time and we can make it happen for you! Historic Heritage Park in Greenville. Most of these historic homes have been beautifully restored and renovated which makes you want to walk throughout the neighborhoods all day. There are 100 year old oak trees which shade the streets. There are many parks nearby within walking distance. The swamp rabbit trail access is less than 1/2 mile away. There is an eclectic mix of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. Downtown is within walking distance! Uber and Lyft are also great options and the fee is less than 5 dollars for most downtown areas.

Notes

House manual

For TV access, use the UVERSE remote. Use the Vizio remote to turn tv on and off. Use the AT&T remote to change channels! Wifi is available at all times.

Cleaning Supplies & Broom- Located in the closet next to the bathroom for your use! Extra Towels and sheets are located in the closet as well should you need them for your stay.

Please make sure to turn down heat/air when not using the home to help us keep reservation costs down. The thermostat is located just to the right of the TV on the wall in the main room.

Make sure when leaving property to push middle "lock" button to ensure door locks. This neighborhood is very safe, but we always encourage guests to take security measures. Please feel free to open windows while you are using the property but please turn off central heat and air if you decide to do so. Also, please close the windows at night, if you leave the property, or if it is raining. We don't want to encourage intruders and we want to try to prevent damage to the property due to storms. Thank you!

To see/do
- Falls Park- Downtown Greenville. Right near Peace Center
- Swamp Rabbit Trail- You can rent bikes at Caine Halter YMCA and go on the swamp rabbit trail through downtown and then towards Traveler’s rest. It is a paved 13 mile bike/running trail that is 26 miles round trip (13 miles one way. It goes right by Furman Lake. Caine Halter YMCA is less than 2 miles from here.

Dinner:
1. Kitchen Sync- Located at the end of Cumberland Avenue on Laurens road. It's a trendy new restaurant that is rated as the most Eco-Friendly in the state! Excellent food and great atmosphere.
2. Passerelle- French Bistro over looking Falls Park. Great patio, wine, and mussels for an enjoyable evening!
3. Interested in a hamburgers? Grill Marks is located across from the Westin Poinsett. Lots of varieties of Gourmet Hamburgers to choose from. Awesome Chipotle Salmon Salad (spicy but good).
4. Golden Brown and Delicious- Amazing food on Pendelton street. You will not be disappointed!
5. White Duck Taco Shop- One of the best Taco restaurants in Greenville. Amazing flavors like "Steak Gyro, Buffalo Chicken, and Spicy shrimp!" In West Greenville at Hampton Station.

Cocktails only: Poinsett Hotel (Romantic setting, small plates as well) and Rainer's Piano Bar (Jazz and dark settings)

Any excess trash, you can place in the trash bins on the left side of the house. Trash is taken to the street on Tuesdays.

On the day of checkout, it would really help if you could do the following:
1. Start a load of towels and sheets
2. Start the dishwasher.
3. Take any strong odor trash to trash bins outside.
4. Make sure to grab all of your belongings upon departure!
5. Lock all doors on your way out!
